Extensions
Extensions add panels and tools to the TUI. Every entry in the registry is pinned to an exact
version, so titah extension install gives two machines
the same code.
Git

Publishing one
An extension is an npm package. Adding it to the catalogue is a pull request against the registry, which is deliberate: the version people install moves when somebody has looked at it, not whenever a new release lands.
